Online Warranty Policy

  • Most new Astrium products carry a one year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Please save your receipt for proof of purchase.
  • All brand new merchandise has 14 days DOA (dead on arrival) Warranty. Any defective merchandise can only be exchanged, NO REFUNDS ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. If in any case your merchandise is not working properly, please notify us within fourteen (14) days by email only. Once we receive your email, we will process a RMA number and send you the RMA form to be completed and return to us with the parcel.


Online Exchange/Return Policy

  • Astrium would be pleased to exchange or provide a refund on most merchandise (see below for exceptions) within a period of 30 days from the date you received the parcel. We require proof of purchase for all warranty merchandise
  • Non-defective return will be charged a restocking fee (20% of merchandise value). The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for sending merchandise back for refunds. For an exchange the customer is responsible for the two-way shipping (sending back to us and shipping back to the customer). Please use a courier with tracking service.
  • For an exchange/refund please email us at services@astrium-electronics.com once we receive your email, we will generate a RMA number and send you the RMA form to be completed and sent back with the parcel.
  • Refunds paid by credit card/PayPal will be returned in the same method payment was received. For exchanges with a difference in value, the balance will be charged or refunded in the same method original payment was received.
  • All merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, warranty, manuals and any other merchandise or accessories provided by the manufacturer. No exchange/refund will be processed if there is anything missing.
  • Astrium reserves the right to determine whether the product is defective or not. Products with physical damage will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

  • While we strive for accuracy, Astrium reserves the right to make any type of changes at anytime, without prior notice; such as prices, descriptions, images, policies and so on. We are not responsible for any typing mistakes or errors.
